Build an intimate relationship with the buyer, not just a business relationship

 


Is it just a business relationship with someone without whom you can't think of business? A buyer who is the lifeblood of the business. He is the most valuable asset of your business. The path to prosperity is easier for a trader who can do business when the buyer is satisfied. So to say but trying to increase the relationship with the rest or borrowed product is risky for the business. 

A buyer is not just a customer of your product but a combination of many buyers. Because the reference of a satisfied buyer can increase the sales of your product many times over. To keep a customer satisfied, the highest quality product has to be provided at a realistic price. As well as keeping the commitment given to the buyer.

Not just a business relationship with a buyer. You just have to be more discriminating with the help you render toward other people. The relationship is such that the buyer will communicate with you not only for the sake of business but also for personal gain. Build and maintain a friendly relationship with a buyer. In business, a buyer has the identity and friendship of more than one seller. Out of them, you have to build relationships by occupying the highest place.

Talk to a buyer with a smile. In addition to his business news, his family news should also be kept in the collection. After all, a buyer is also a human being. Need to know the news of his happiness, sorrow, advantages, and disadvantages. If possible, help him in humanitarian matters. I have to stand by his side.

Understand the mood of a buyer and go into discussion with him. It would be better to be very enthusiastic and not get involved in any personal matters. And yes, no matter what the political ideology of your buyer, it would be better not to get involved in political discussions. Your ideology may not match the buyer's own ideology on any issue. In this situation, it would be wise to never go to an exciting environment.

Your buyer may want to know about you. Keep your safety boundaries as open as possible. It would never be wise to transact the balance or the loan to improve the relationship. Your sole purpose in selling to a buyer is to make a profit. In doing so, you can never risk losing your capital.

There are said to be buyer targets and shopkeepers or seller's owls. However, if you are an owl seller, it will not work. Always keep a smile on the corner of your lips. You just have to be more discriminating with the help you render toward other people. Trying to develop a relationship with a false promise will not take time in vain. In that case, it would be wise not to resort to such tactics.

I said at the beginning that a buyer is also a human being. So his emotional feelings should be viewed with due dignity. The road to achieving your goals will be easier when you can build a relationship with the customer only by going beyond the business relationship. Your position will be elevated only when you can make good friendships, not just friendships. From a place of trust, he will become your regular buyer.
